These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and IBCreator Studio ("IBCreator", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of our web application at https://ibcreator.app and any associated services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing IBCreator Studio, signing in via Google OAuth or Studio Password, purchasing credits, or generating media, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the service.
2. Description of Service
IBCreator Studio is an artificial intelligence platform designed to generate digital persona vaults, consistent multi-angle photoshoot variations, and cinematic Veo 3.1 video clips with synchronized audio. Features include:
- Persona Vault creation and biometrics-guided prompt synthesis.
- Batch image generation powered by Google Cloud Vertex AI Imagen models.
- High-definition 1080p and 4K cinema video animation via Veo 3.1.
- Direct Google Drive export integrations and ZIP archives.
- Real-time background rendering and notification systems.
3. User Accounts & Authentication
You may sign into the platform using Google OAuth 2.0 or an authorized studio password. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us at dolhy.d@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Billing, Subscriptions & Stripe Payments
All payment processing for IBCreator Studio is conducted securely via Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge the specified fees to your payment method.
- Subscription Plans: We offer monthly and annual subscriptions (e.g. Starter, Pro Creator, Agency). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
- Credits System: AI generations consume credits based on the model tier (e.g. Basic Photo: 1 credit; Pro 4K Photo: 2.5 credits; Veo Video: 10 credits). Subscription credits are allocated at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Top-up Packs: Users can purchase one-time credit top-ups (200, 500, or 1,200 credits) at any time. Top-up credits do not expire as long as your account remains in good standing.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your Profile or the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period, and unused credits remain available until that period concludes.
- Refund Policy: Due to immediate, irreversible cloud GPU and TPU computing expenses incurred upon initiating AI photo and video renders through Google Cloud Vertex AI, credits consumed for generated media are strictly non-refundable. For unused top-up packs where zero credits have been consumed, refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase will be honored upon review.
5. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
Your Uploaded Content: You retain 100% ownership and all intellectual property rights in the original reference photos and materials you upload. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and consents from any individuals depicted in your uploaded photos.
Generated AI Media: Between you and IBCreator Studio, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable copyright and intellectual property law, you own and hold full commercial rights to all AI images, character turnarounds, and video clips generated using your account. You may reproduce, distribute, display, market, and monetize your generated media worldwide.
IBCreator Studio does not claim ownership of your output media and will not license or sell your generated persona images to third parties.
6. Acceptable Use & Ethical Guidelines
You agree NOT to use IBCreator Studio to generate, store, or distribute:
- Non-consensual sexually explicit content, deepfakes, or harassment of any real living person without their explicit written consent.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation (which will immediately be reported to law enforcement and NCMEC).
- Hate speech, terrorist material, incitement to violence, or defamatory media.
- Content that infringes upon third-party trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights.
- Automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass rate limits or credit accounting.
Violation of this section will result in immediate permanent account termination without refund and possible referral to appropriate legal authorities.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
IBCreator Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. AI models are probabilistic by nature; we do not warrant that generated media will meet specific aesthetic standards, be completely error-free, or be completely unique.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBCreator Studio, its operators, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you to IBCreator during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
8. Modifications to Terms & Termination
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of the changes.
